LAFAYETTE - Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Fountain Memorial Funeral Home in Lafayette for Clothilde "Clo" Marie LaBorde, 92, who passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Regional Medical Center of Acadiana in Lafayette.

Deacon Art Bakeler will officiate.

Visitation will be observed at Fountain Memorial Funeral Home in Lafayette on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

A rosary will be recited on Thursday evening, April 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

Private entombment will follow on Friday, April 13, 2012 in Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans.

Clo was born May 28, 1919 in Mansura, LA and was a long-time resident of Acadiana. She was a teletype operator with Western Union and retired after many years of service.

Clo treasured and loved Bobbie Ashford and her children Kristy and Ashlee Kilchrist, and most of all, Rylee Minzey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Gauthier; her parents Leonard and Louisa Fontanille LaBorde; her three sisters, Aline, Mrytle and Lonnie LaBorde; and her only brother, Deverge LaBorde.
