UPDATE:

Body of Osama Bin Laden is in possession of United States military.

The president is fixing to announce the breaking news in an unusual Sunday night last minute press annoucnment.

Bin Laden has been the number one man wanted for the last ten years by the U. S. He was the mastermind of the 911 attacks on Washington D. C and New York in 2001.

Bin Laden was killed by U. S. military today, and the body has been identified. He was reportedly killed in Abbotabad, near the capital city of Islamabad, Pakastin during a carefully planned firefight.

Bin Laden was hiding in a mansion inside a compound surrounded by 12-15 foot thick wall. The operation took only forty minutes, carried out by a special operations force of U. S. military which included helicopters and navy seals.

Three other males were also killed in the compound, inclduing one of his sons. A female was also killed who being used as a human shield by one of the males. One helicopter lost due to mechanical failure. The helicopter was destroyed by the military so it would not go into the hands of Al Queda.

Governments around world have been put on alert for retaliation.

Crowds are gathering in front of the White House in celebration.

The president made the decision to send troops into Pakistan to get Bin Laden during the royal wedding last Friday. He was informed of the hiding place of Bin Laden about two weeks ago.

Bin Laden was the mastermind of the 911 attacks on Washington DC and New York which killed almost 3000 people.

Three soldiers from Avoyelles have lost their lives in the middle east since 2001.
