Permit/Detour section
Traffic will be detoured from the south junction of LA 451 and LA 1; then take LA 1 North to north junction of LA 1 & LA 451. From the north junction of LA 1 & LA 451 take LA 1 South to the south junction of LA 1 & LA 451.
