Funeral services for Terrell Lee Russell will be held at 2 pm, Thursday, April 26, 2012 in the Christ Church of Oakdale with the Rev. Greg Willis officiating. Committal services will follow in the Danahy-Henry Cemetery in Pine Prairie, under the guidance of White Oaks Funeral Home.
Terrell, 47, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Monday, April 23, 2012 in Oakdale Community Hospital. He was born on November 24, 1964 in Pineville, to the union of Bobby and Linda Cole Russell. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and sister, Katherine Longino.
He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory, one daughter, Deidre Russell of Oakdale; one brother, Rodger Russell of Turkey Creek; three sisters, Charlotte Russell of Moreuville formerly of Turkey Creek, Barbara Russell of Turkey Creek, Laura Bass (Christopher) of Oakdale and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends may call Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 10 a.m. until time of service in the Christ Church.
