U. S. Marshals arrest man for St. Landry Parish murder

April 28, 2011 - Kevin Lee Sam was arrested inside an apartment located Lafayette, LA. Sam was wanted by the Sunset Police Department and St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office for 1st Degree Murder. The murder occurred on March 27th; in early April St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF).
