Kimberly Theresa Castille and Christopher John Anderson were united in marriage on October 28, 2011 at 6 o'clock in the evening at Sunny Meade in Scott, LA. Justice of the Peace Mike "Chalk" Angelle officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Phyllis Prejean Castille of Lawtell and Andrew Castille of Lawtell. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Sylvia Prejean & the late Mr. Raymond Prejean and Mr. and Mrs. Joel Castille, Sr., all of Lawtell. She is a graduate of Northwest High School in Opelousas and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is employed as a teacher with the St. Landry Parish School Board.

The groom is the son of Harry G. & Yvonne Anderson, Jr. of Carencro. He is the grandson of Mrs. Beryl Anderson & the late Mr. Harry G. Anderson, Sr., of Lafayette and the late Odell F. Rachal, Sr. and Emanuline Drouin of Moreauville. He is a graduate of Carencro High School and is employed as a Motor Officer with the Lafayette City Police Department.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an exquisite Casablanca gown of ivory taffeta and lace which featured a softly scooped and ruched crystal taffeta empire bodice. The skirt was embellished with beaded lace appliqués and finished with a scalloped hem. To complete her ensemble, the bride wore a bird cage veil of ivory French netting with a pearl, crystal and ostrich feather fascinator and carried a bouquet of lavender roses, pink lisianthus and pink calla lilies.

Maid of Honor was Emily Brooke Trahan, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Krissi Meyers, Brandy Smatana, and Lacie Sylvester, friends of the bride.

Best Man was David Anthony Anderson, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Travis Prudhomme, cousin of the bride, Danny Colt Guidry, and Ryan Duhon, friends of the groom.

Following the wedding, a reception was held at Sunny Meade in Scott, LA.

The couple will reside in Carencro.
