A one bedroom apartment rents for a flat rent of $175.00. Flat rent for a two bedroom is $215.00, a three bedroom is $281.00, on a four bedroom is $315.00, and on a five bedroom is $362.00. If this is more than you can pay, you may choose to have your rent calculated based on income.
