Funeral services for Beverly Ann “Neen” Lemoine will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville with Fr. Marc Noel and Msgr. John Timmermans officiating. Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Mausoleum, Moreauville. Arrangements are held under the direction of Escude Funeral Home, Mansura.

Beverly Lemoine, age 76 of Moreauville, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Valley View Nursing Home.

For many years she was the head of the cafeteria at Sacred Heart School in Moreauville, where she is fondly remembered by hundreds of the school for her friendly and efficient service.

She is preceded in death by her father, Barney Simon, Sr.; mother, Lola Armand Simon; husband, Huey Lemoine; and sister, Margaret Rodgers.

Survivors include her two daughters, Andrea Bordelon (David) of Bordelonville and Pat Joffrion (Chet) of Moreauville; two sons, Craig Lemoine of Moreauville and Marcus Lemoine of Mansura; two sisters, Myra Gremillion of Plaucheville and Nelda Simon of Moreauville; three brothers, Gerard Simon of Baton Rouge, Barney Simon, Jr. of Moreauville and Clarence Simon of Eunice; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
