Marksville High players hold their helmets high around the coveted catskin as they celebrate their win against Bunkie High. The winning team of the annual parish rivalry keeps the catskin for the next twelve months.
The Marksville Tigers scored 21 fourth quarter points to pull away for win. The Bunkie Panthers had a 7-0 lead at halftime before Marksville roared back to take the win.
With their loss, Bunkie drops to 3-3 overall and 1-1 in district play. Marksville remains undefeated at the top of the charts.
