Two killed early this morning

Two people were apparently killed early this morning in a head on collision south of Bunkie.
Details have not been released from the state police as of 9:00 am. The accident occurred about 2 a m this morning.
A motorist who pulled up minutes after the wreck called 911 and checked for pulses But could not find any on the two drivers. There were no passengers.
Avoyelles today was informed there were two white pick up trucks that collided.
The accident occurred on Highway 29.
